Project
Vote Smart maintains a database of up-to-date Contact
Information for the Senate and Congress, including a search engine that
will list the representative from your district using your zip
code. The Candidates
and Elected Officials page contains a wealth of information including
Biographies, Campaign Finances, Issue Positions, Performance Evaluations,
and Voting Records.
The front of your telephone
directory also has a map of congressional, senate, and assembly districts
for this area.

and daytime phone number. Word limits vary, but about 250 words is
