The Urbana-Champaign Friends Meetinghouse
Our meetinghouse was constructed
2003-2004 by Perkins Construction. It was designed by Todd Barnett, at that
time of Potter
Design Group, Madison, Wisconsin, in consultation with James
Warfield, Professor of
Architecture at the University of Illinois.
The meetinghouse was awarded a Heritage
Award, in the category of Historically Respectful Design, by the
Champaign County Preservation
and Conservation Association, 4 mo. 24, 2005.
