Please help make our meeting a welcoming place for visitors and Friends
by signing up for hospitality duties!
Every week we need:
A greeter, to greet
people at the door, answer questions from newcomers, and guide them to
the meeting room;
A closer, to do a final
check of the meetinghouse and close it up after everyone is gone.
To do this, you need to be trained on our security system.
The first Sunday of every month we also need:
Three people to do cleanup
after potluck.
Every Sunday except the first one of the month we need:
Someone to make peanut butter
and jelly sandwiches for about 25 people;
Someone to bring additional refreshments,
also for about 25 people.
To sign up, just fill out the form below. Clicking on "Submit"
should open your email program and create a message to the Hospitality
Committee with the relevant information, which you can then send.
Unfortunately, this won't work with
every email program or with every web browser! If you find
that it doesn't work with yours, you can just send a message by hand to
