Hello Friends,

Greetings from Fredericton, where today a small but loving group of Friends held a vigil outside the office of Liberal MP Andy Scott calling for a stop to the bombing. There has been a presence, small but steady, on the sidewalk in front of the office all week, as we've traded days with Raging Grannies, Voice of Women, and Project Ploughshares, to fill the noonhour timeslot each day. Tomorrow, Friday, all groups will get together for a protest-fest.

I've never done anything like this before, but you know, even in a small city like Fredericton, where I meet many friends and aquaintances as they pass on the street while I'm protestin'--carryin' a sign--it's really easy to do, and I'm glad I'm continuing to become the person I really am (& like) !

Peace,

Vince Zelazny
Fredericton, NB
