- Reinhabit the earth in right relationship?
- Recover the commons of earth and space?
- Rebalance earth processes?
- Regenerate biological and cultural diversity while nurturing the restoration of ecological integrity?
LEYM Earthcare Committee’s Goals:
1. To nurture the wholeness and integrity of the two major bioregions represented in part by LEYM_ ( The Great Lakes Basin Bioregion and the Ohio River Basin Bioregion) by encouraging people to identify and develop lifeways (ways of living that honor the integrity of the earth community) that will bring us into right relationship with each other and with our life place.
2. To work–at local, state, and federal levels of government–toward sustainable policies which defer to the people affected,_ in accordance with the concept of Earth Democracy, and referencings its 10 principles of Justice, Sustainability, and Peace. (Following.)
