Below the calendar there are several horizontal menus:

On the Navigate menu you can pick a month or even a whole year you are interested in.

On the Display bar you can pick either a whole year, or a month, week, or day to display.
The Block display shows the calendar as a rectangular grid of dates. The List display shows it as a vertical list with columns showing date, day of week, event, and details if any.  The Condensed display is that same as the List display, but removes dates where there are no events.
The Abs display, for a month, shows the whole month in the conventional way. The Slide alternative omits those weeks in the month which have already passed and shows a month starting with the current week.
Clicking on Search lets you type some text and then gives you a calendar showing only events that match that text.

The Add Events bar is for people who will be entering events on the calendar. You must have prior permission to be able to do this.

Clicking on an underlined entry will either show you a pop-up with detail information, or will send you off to some internet site.

Printing the calendar: You have to do this using your web browser. It prints in the mode you are viewing, so if you want the conventional rectangular picture, use Block mode. For an efficient listing, use Condensed view. Look at your browser's Print Preview before printing to make sure it is what you want.

There is a discussion group for people interested in commenting on ways the calendar could be improved.  Click here to join this discussion. You don't have to "register" - just go there and add your comment.

Too many menu bars? One is the calendar's, one is our website's. To get only one menu bar, click here to go to the source, thus escaping from our Mount Toby page and its scroll bar.
