Spring Group Show of the Fellowship of Quakers in the ArtsAll FQA members are welcome to participate. Delivery of visual arts, no later than February 15, 2002 to Friends Center, 1515 Cherry St.
Pickup: March 30 or 31, 2002, from Da Vinci Art Alliance. (see points 5 and 6 below.)Friends Center Hours: Weekdays 8 AM-10 PM; Weekends 9 AM-5 PM.
Da Vinci Art Alliance Hours: Wed 6-8 PM, Sat-Sun 1-5 PM.For this exhibit each visual artist is invited to submit two (2) pieces of work. We will hang work as long as wall space (over 400 sq. ft.) allows. The gallery provides pedestal space for sculptures.

2. All visual art must be ready to hang or set on a pedestal. No artwork will be displayed that is not received in framed or stretched, and ready to hang condition.
3. Bio: Please attach a brief paragraph about yourself. Include a comment about your art, your hometown, Quaker affiliation, previous exhibits and any special awards.
4. Will you attend the reception, March 9th, 2001, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm?
Yes____ No____5. Delivery: Visual Artworks must arrive at Philadelphia Yearly Meeting (Friends Center), Attn Elke Muller, 1515 Cherry Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102, no later than February 15, 2001. Artworks may be shipped or delivered in person to the Friends Center, attention of Elke Muller, Monday through Sunday, 9:00-5:00. Note: DO NOT deliver work to the Da Vinci Art Alliance.
6. Return: Pickup by March 31 at Da Vinci Art Alliance. FQA will not ship artworks back to the artist. It is the artist's responsibility to pick up art or make arrangements to have art picked up for them. Any art left at the gallery after April 1st, 2002, will become the property of FQA, to be disposed of at FQA's discretion.
7. Fee: A fee of $10.00 per item for visual artists will be used to cover part of the costs FQA incurs for the reception and publicity for the show. Announcements and a limited number of ads will be run in the central PA area.
8. Insurance: Artworks will be insured while at the Gallery only, and only for the sale value placed on the artwork. The artist is responsible for insuring artwork in transit.
9. Sales: Sales of artwork will be split as follows: Artist: 60%, FQA: 30% and DaVinci Art Alliance: 10%.
AGREEMENT: I accept that, while FQA will use care in handling my work, FQA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the condition of my artwork other than to insure it for the sale price while on DaVinci Art Alliance Gallery premises.
