humility with minds open for creative solutions?
The minutes of the March 21 meeting for business were approved as
presented.
Friends were reminded that the first Sunday of May, May 2 is the day
persons with children are encouraged to bring their children and we
are
committed to have a program for them..
The Clerk asked for comments about the Easter Meeting. Expressions
ranged
from extreme praise for the program as planned and carried out in
Battle
Point Park to expressions of mild discomfort with the participation
in a
ritual which is a part of a native American tradition rather than our
own.

discussion
with Vanessa Julye on Wednesday evening May 19 at the home of Roger

promptly
at 6:00 p.m. Roberta Wilson has prepared some queries to elicit
discussion on the topic of racism in Friends Meetings. Our meeting

invited to offer contributions to Agate Passage Meeting to help cover
the
cost.
