Agate Passage Friends Poetry Programs

We have many poetry lovers and some poetry writers in our Agate Passage Meeting.

On the First Sunday of the month those who want to look at and read  poetry will meet at 9:00 am

February 5 - Debora Petzal
March 4 - Beverley West - Reading her own poems and poems by Jenifer Browne Lawrence
(April 15 - Poetry Reading at San Carlos Restaurant, 1-4 PM   Open Mic - Call Nancy Rekow to schedule your reading)

Each session will be facilitated by someone who will choose no more than three of their favorite poems, preferably with a spiritual bent, and bring them in writing to be distributed and read by the group. After reading the poems aloud, we will talk about our experience of the poems and before we finish, we will read each of them a second time so that our sharing will make them more meaningful.
